Many companies grow without structure. Processes live in people’s heads, not in documents. Numbers arrive late and never reconcile between departments. When an investor, a bank or an auditor shows up, nobody can show how the company works — they can only describe it.
How we approach it
We start by mapping what already exists: who decides what, with what information and on what deadline. From there we design the minimum structure that solves the problem, without imposing a textbook model on a company that is not a textbook. The goal is not to produce a report: it is to leave written processes, reliable indicators and one owner for each of them.
